Building Information Modelling (BIM) is identified as one of the key technology drivers by Building Control Authority (BCA]) to improve productivity and level of integration across the various disciplines in the construction & building industry. 
The School of Architecture and Built Environment (ABE) in Singapore Polytechnic has offered and run the Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling Management course since 2018. 
This course offers students the opportunity to enhance and upgrade their BIM capabilities and skills as part of their life-long learner journey in the dynamic and evolving construction and building industry.
This course offers a Work-Study Post Diploma in line with SSG’s Work-Study Programme (WSP) which includes a compulsory On-The-Job Training (OJT) as a prerequisite component. 
This course is conducted as a part-time evening course to be completed in the duration of 1 year with 2 Semesters. The Semesters follow the Academic Calendar of Singapore Polytechnic.

Participant will be awarded a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling Management upon sucessful completion of the following:

PDC 1 – Certificate in BIM Management (Fundamentals, Deployment & Coordination Strategies)
Module 1: BIM Fundamentals
Module 2: BIM Standards & Implementation Strategies
Module 3: BIM for Design Coordination & Documentation

PDC 2 – Certificate in BIM Management (QA, QS & Construction Coordination)
Module 1: BIM for Quality Assurance Checking, Design & Quantity Surveying Analysis
Module 2: BIM for Construction Planning & Coordination
