•Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are within three years of either graduation or Operationally Ready Date (ORD) for National Serviceman from relevant polytechnic diploma programmes related to human resource.
•In-employment polytechnic graduates (Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) within three years from the date of their graduation or ORD and are currently working in a human resource related role are welcome to apply and may be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
